Meet the Presenters

Tabitha Somers, BSN, RN

Ozarks Technical Community College

Tabitha has been a nurse for 13 years and will complete her MSN in nursing education this fall. She has worked for OTC for 5+ years.  During that time, she has learned a lot about who she is, how she does things, and how to improve her leadership skills to perform at her highest potential. She has discovered a passion for helping people, inspiring minds and working in the education world. For this reason, she has assembled what she has learned into a presentation to help others be more successful called  “Get C.O.A.C.H.E.D” .
