Webinar: Missouri's Job Centers of the Future Initiative
Thursday, April 15, 2021, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM CDT
Category: Professional Development

Last year Missouri had historic low unemployment until March 13th. Missouri’s public workforce system had to quickly pivot to deploy resources and support to those economically impacted by COVID. On May 18th, Missouri’s Office of Workforce Development launched ReturnStrong in response to training and reemployment needs of the state. Further, Missouri’s Office of Workforce Development also engaged in reengineering the public workforce system through Job Centers of the Future. This transformative effort seeks to engage more job seekers, employers, and training providers through effective engagement.
