Back by popular demand, MCCA's Classified Staff Workshop provides opportunities in areas of professional growth that aligns with the mission, vision, and core values of the Missouri Community College Association and our member institutions.

This professional development event is $50 for MCCA members and $75 for non-members.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update (as of June 22, 2020)

Although Missouri ordered restrictions are no longer in place as of June 16, 2020, Boone County and the City of Columbia continue to follow and enforce Special Order No. 2020-07 and order 2020-07(c), as well as the guidance outlined in the Road to Reopening Plan, based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

  • Handwashing and respiratory etiquette
  • Staying home when sick
  • Cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces

Media Consent

As a participant in this event, you may be photographed in group shots. MCCA has the right to use group images in photographs, videos, and general marketing of MCCA events and services. In the event that we interview, film, and record your words, MCCA will seek your express permission.

Attendee Cancellation/Refunds

  • All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] by July 14, 2020 no later than 4 p.m. A refund of the full registration fee, minus a $10 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.
  • After 4:01 p.m. on July 14, 2020, refund requests will not be honored.
  • A substitution of your registration is permitted by July 14, 2020 no later than 4 p.m. Submit the name, title, and email address of the substitute to [email protected].
  • Onsite registrations and transfers will not be accommodated.
  • The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

Event Cancellation or Postponement

MCCA reserves exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule, or cancel programs for any reason, including but not limited to emergency, inclement weather or other 'acts of God'. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, MCCA will determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion or all of the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.
