The COVID-19 pandemic overwhelmed higher education as easily as it did the health system. But the virus shows few signs of fading as summer and fall semesters loom, so how do you plan with no reliable predictor of how many students will show up, on campus or online? Hear first-hand how colleges across the country are adapting their approach in creative ways.
